I'm a licensed clinical therapist. But like you, I'm much more than a singular role. I'm a Chicana, friend, partner, mother, mom to a fur baby. I'm some who is passionate in all aspects of life. I believe in being my most genuine & authentic self in all avenues of life. I'm a late diagnosed AUHD (autistic and ADHD) woman. I'm a mother who lived through postpartum depression and anxiety. I'm a woman who has moved through professional burnout. I'm open about all this because I truly believe in therapy and the ability to heal ourselves and know it doesn't happen in isolation
