I provide a safe and comforting environment, allowing individuals to express themselves while encouraging and empowering them to sort through emotions and thoughts leading them to make their own decisions and choices. I approach all individuals with unconditional positive regard and provide support navigating through life's challenges.
Sessions are conducted through an online secure video platform. While many clients appreciate the convenience and comfort of online therapy, it is important to ensure it works for you. I offer a free 30 minute consult to test Internet connection and comfort level.
