I have been working with children, family, and adults since 2014. I enjoy working with behavioral modification modalities and helping people through trauma as well as life stressors. I am currently accepting new adult patients and I offer virtual sessions. I do have some appointment times open outside of normal business hours. I use modalities such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I am DBT informed.
