Making the decision to meet with a therapist and finding the one that is right for you is often a very difficult and overwhelming decision. It is my hope that this page will decrease some of those worries and provide you with a sense of hope. As a therapist, I strive to be real and down to earth when working with someone. My goal is to help you reach your goals, while providing support and an unbiased perspective.
I have years of experience treating a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, and OCD. I also have a certification in perinatal mental health, and am passionate about working with new moms, and moms in general! In addition, I also work with people with medical conditions, as our physical and mental health are so closely related.
