Whatever the reason you are here, welcome. I’m glad that you are taking steps toward prioritizing you and your health. We all deserve health, happiness, and aliveness and therapy can be a part of that journey. You might be dissatisfied with your life or relationships and want change. Your experience of dissatisfaction can look like anxiety, depression, disconnection from your desire or pleasure, identity confusion, or feelings of self-hatred or worthlessness. I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds, religions, cultures, and communities, including the queer community, and with people in all types of relationship styles.
As a relationship therapist, I can help you identify habits that aren’t working for you and help you create new ways of moving in your world. I believe that the body holds emotional trauma and that connection with the body can reduce pain and suffering. I can use mind-body techniques and practices for those who desire it. I do therapy in Spanish and English.
