I am a therapist at Serenity Behavioral Health and work with teens & young adults ages 14-28. Serenity offers Intensive Outpatient when stepdown to Outpatient. Services include group, individual, family therapy, med management and more.
I specialize in a biopsychosocial approach that emphasizes the mind-body connection and how one’s physical and mental health interact. Together, we can work to look in on your past experiences and current patterns of thought, and how they have impacted your present behavior and overall health.
