As a marriage and family therapist, I have a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families find healing within their context and family dynamic. I believe therapy is the process of returning the individual, couple, and family back into their state of beauty and joy. I work with children, adolescents and adults.
In my style of therapy, I strive to be transparent, empathetic, and encouraging. I understand and honor the vulnerability and courage it can take to enter the therapy room and begin a new journey. Believing that you have all the tools to live life fully, I will work to help you access those tools and your innate strengths and abilities.
I have a B.S. in Child and Family Development and a B.A. in Sociology from San Diego State University. I am working on my M.A. in Bible and Theology at Calvin Seminary and also my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Evangelical Seminary. I am certified in Gottman Level I couples counseling and Prepare Enrich.
