Being a therapist is my passion. I consider it an honor to be able to work with everyone of my clients. I understand what it is like to struggle. I also know what it is like to find peace through healing.
My areas of expertise include women's issues, self-esteem struggles, depression, anxiety, trauma, religious trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, cult survivors, life transitions, couples therapy, substance abuse and I'm working on becoming EMDR certified. I'm also passionate about working with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples.
In my practice I focus on creating a safe non-judgmental environment where you can express yourself knowing you will be met with compassion and hope. I believe in my clients ability to start making positive healthy change.
