As a therapist, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective care to individuals struggling with PTSD, mood disorders, anxiety, and depression in a safe and supportive setting. I work closely with the LGBTQ+/BIPOC communities, as well as with parents navigating their experiences with DCF.
My approach integrates evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These therapeutic modalities form the foundation of my practice, allowing me to tailor treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
