Teen Group
Ages 14-18 Beneficial for teens struggling with self esteem, anxiety, peer relationships, difficult family dynamics and overall mental health wellness. Teens will work on helpful coping skills, increasing self-esteem and communication skills, emotional regulation skills in a safe, supportive environment. 6 weeks of 1 weekly 90 minute group with cost of $55 per session. Finding Self
Adults 18+ Beneficial for anyone struggling with a sense of self, experiencing low self-esteem, negative self talk, or unhealthy view of self. Clients will work on developing healthy self-esteem, healthy self talk, and overall mental wellness. 6 weeks of 1 weekly 90 minute sessions with a cost of $55 per session every Monday from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm Beginning February 6th.
