I have experience working with children, pre-teens, teens and young adults.
For children I believe that play is a child’s natural language, and the toys are their words. I use a child-centered play therapy approach to create a therapeutic relationship empowering the child to engage in self-exploration, awareness of feelings, decision making, and responsibility.
I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where my clients feel empowered to explore themselves and their abilities to overcome obstacles. I’m committed to cultivating a space of inclusion and connectedness for all identities.
