Life can sometimes seem overwhelming, confusing, and filled with despair. Hopelessness can rob us of our joy and lead us to build walls that lock others out. I would like to support you in finding healthy solutions to overcome your feelings of hopelessness, work through life challenges, and move towards a thriving life. I work with individuals through trauma (small/large), PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, sexual abuse, career performance, professional leadership, and life transitions. I also provide couples support related to relationship conflict, communication, pre-marital planning, and intimacy/sexual health.
I utilize a variety of different therapeutic approaches based on the needs of each client. I collaborate with the client to develop therapeutic goals and review progress frequently. I have advanced training in EMDR, Mindfulness, and CBT. I am trained to guide couples using The Gottman Method, Prepare/Enrich, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT)
