My warm, genuine and relaxed approach allows for clients to make incremental shifts that build up over time and provide deep and lasting change. I welcome humor, playfulness and creativity in the therapeutic relationship.
I come from a diverse clinical background working with individuals, couples and families in outpatient mental health and substance treatment, as well as in high school and university counseling settings. I primarily work psychodynamically and am currently enrolled in psychoanalytic training at the Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies.
