I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over ten years of experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults. During my time in the mental health field, I have worked in a variety of settings such as emergency services, residential treatment, LGBTQIA+ behavioral health clinic, community mental health, university-counseling center, and private practice. I focus therapy to promote positive wellbeing and resiliency. My overall objective is to help individuals to become their own therapist, so that they feel empowered to move through life with dignity, grace, and compassion.
With my unique specialization supporting high achieving students and competitive athletes, I emphasize working on issues related to perfectionism, goal setting, mental skills training, and stress-reduction techniques.
