Life can be hard when you are faced with many different life challenges, such as anxiety, depression, working through past trauma or grief. I am invested and dedicated in helping you by providing the necessary tools in learning how to heal from past traumas or difficult situations. I am here to help you be the best version of yourself that you inspire to be.

I often utilize dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, and narrative therapy to achieve this. I thoroughly enjoy helping others. Being able to see the successes of my clients healing from their life challenges and past traumas is very fulfilling.

I love to motivate and encourage, and provide tools that will help my clients to flourish and be their best authentic self.
