I have experience working with women, the lgbtq+ community, mothers, college students, those with anxiety, depression, adhd, ptsd, religious trauma, self esteem, shame, and guilt issues, etc.
I enjoy looking through “The Butterfly Effect” lense, as I call it. I believe one small change can cause large differences for the better, this can be said for those just starting their therapy and healing journey or for those starting a new part in life!
