I specialize in working with symptoms of depression, anxiety, navigating major life changes/challenges, life coaching, and women’s health issues - including infertility. Currently, I am only accepting new patients via Telehealth. Convenient and flexible to meet your schedule.
My top priority is to ensure that clients feel encouraged and empowered by a warm, supportive and open environment, that is free from judgement. I try to find a space for humor in our meetings, and commit myself to utilizing both educational practices and experience in each session.
