I believe that therapy is a collaborative relationship! I work in partnership with my clients to identify, develop and enhance their strengths while teaching valuable skills. I help facilitate the journey of self-discovery and join with them as they pursue personal and interpersonal goals. Healing is often a journey that is ongoing and whether your healing journey has just begun or you have been working on yourself for a while, it is my hope to help you reach the life that you want to live in order to be your best self.

I have experience in providing services and assistance to individuals with diagnoses such as ADHD, ODD, conduct disorder, Anxiety related disorders, Depression related disorders, PTSD and Trauma and Stressor Related Disorders. I have assisted individuals with psychotic symptoms, Schizophrenia, and Schizoaffective Disorder.

I have also assisted individuals throughout life stressors and changes to include divorce, phase of life transitions, and difficulties in parenting or parenting needs.
