As a mental health professional, I want you to know that I'm here to help you live the life that's best for you. We all experience our unique challenges in life and none are too big, too small, or too buried to be worked through. My therapeutic style is inquisitive, humorous, and relaxed. I value honesty with my clients, communicating in a straight-forward manner. I use an eclectic approach in therapeutic intervention, tailoring methods to your specific needs. Your comfort is a priority and vital to your growth and healing.
My areas of specialty include trauma and PTSD, ADHD, autism, anxiety, and depression. I also enjoy working with clients to navigate major life transitions. I have worked in a variety of settings from acute crisis shelter to in-home therapy. Currently, services are offered in office or via tele-health.
Health and self-care, at all levels, are important to me. When left unsupervised, I'm out in the sunshine, kayaking, paddle boarding, or planting things. I also enjoy art. Chances are, if I've come up in your search, you are actively or passively looking for a way to make tomorrow better than yesterday. So, what's on the agenda for today? Let's chat.
