As a therapist I provide therapy to a wide range of clients, teens, adults, who may be transitioning from different stages of life. One of my goals is to help remove the stigma that many of us face regarding seeking counseling. Our mental health is important to our physical health in more ways than we give it credit. Sometimes there is a need to seek out someone who can help strengthen your mental longevity and mental health.
Together we can make a plan to build coping skills, how to identify triggers, as well as exploration of feelings and become familiar with stress management. Cognitive behavioral therapy will play an important role in our sessions. Restructuring your thoughts and behaviors will be a big part of reaching your goals.
