Ashley Collins is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individual adults (18+) and couples. She has experience working with mood disorders, anxiety, substance abuse, life transitions, and is working to become a trauma-certified counselor. Ashley desires to be a part of her clients’ journey to achieving their goals and making the change(s) they want and need.
While working on her Masters of Arts in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling, Ashely gained experience working with the military community at the Veterans Administration (VA) hospital. In addition, she has worked in substance abuse treatment facilities for almost two years providing both group and individual sessions.
Ashley believes that there is no one size fits all model and works to customize and tailor each client’s experience to best meet their need(s). Ashley approaches counseling with an open-minded, person-centered, mindful, and strength-based approach — with the foundation being that her clients have the ability to solve problems with guidance and challenge.
