Ashley has worked at multiple treatment settings including OASAS and OMH outpatient and intensive outpatient agencies, as well as other private practices. She utilizes DBT, CBT person-centered, feminist therapy, and MI.
Ashley provides a safe and empathic space for individuals to process their life stressors and reach meaningful insights about how to better themselves. She ensures that her clients feel heard and understood, and above all else she wants to ensure that they feel cared for.
