Want to grow and develop more self-understanding? This group aims to show the woman in you how to develop insight, see your strengths, be resilient, and to adapt to the circumstances of life. This group is for helping you navigate life with togetherness. As a woman of faith, LPC, encourager, & listener, I am here with each of you to provide psychoeducation and to get honest about our womanhood.
