Hi there! I have been practicing as a therapist for over a decade and mostly serve adults and adolescents. I love my work. I love meeting people in the present moment and getting to know their stories. I offer in-person sessions to clients residing in Southern Utah and am able to provide virtual therapy to clients throughout California and Utah. My specialities include: trauma, mormon religious trauma, faith deconstruction, depression and anxiety.
In my sessions, I use a method called Brainspotting therapy to help people regulate their nervous system.
