Hello and Welcome! We specialize in providing affordable telehealth/online therapy. I I believe that beauty can come from pain and that resiliency lies within all of us. I feel that therapy can provide a safe place to process our feelings and work towards becoming our best selves. My goal is to facilitate a therapeutically safe and comfortable environment while partnering with my clients on their journey to healing and self-discovery.
I specialize in working with those who are experiencing depression, grief & loss, anxiety, stress, behavioral challenges, relational conflicts, and life transitions. I utilize an array of approaches such as Person Centered, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative.
