Ashley Brown is a Registered Mental Health Counselor with more than 5 years of experience specializing in depression, codependency, premarital/marital counseling, stress management, anxiety, and grief. Ashley treats patients between the ages of 15 and 90 utilizing Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She has extensive experience counseling adolescents, adults, seniors, families, couples, and groups.
Ashley received her Master of Arts in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy from the University of Central Florida and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communication from the University of South Florida. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and trying new restaurants!
