I specialize in working with teens and new mothers. I love working with those in minority populations, individuals with borderline personality disorder, and trauma. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy as well as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I use a person centered approach and will meet you where you are in your journey.
