Experience empowerment and renewal as we work together to get to the root of your trauma. My therapeutic approaches focus on healing of the mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re experiencing overwhelming anxiety, depression, PTSD or you’re seeking to enhance self-love by focusing on self-esteem, or any other personal obstacles, I am here to help.
As a Navy veteran who has worked with veterans and their families, for over 6 years in the field of Social Work, I have developed a niche in trauma clinical approaches with adults ages 18-65+. I am specialized in EMDR, Mindfulness Meditation, DBT, CBT, CPT, Spectrochrome and Expressive Art Therapy.
You don’t have to face traumatic experiences alone. The trauma informed model steers me to create a safe and therapeutic, culturally aware, judgement free, and unconditionally supportive environment as you experience renewal and healing. Let’s identify the link to your trauma, applying holistic approaches to develop a happier and healthier you.

Expressive Arts Therapy and Cross Cultural Convos
This is a virtual, 1-hour, bi-weekly (twice a month), 6 session group for adults of all ages, genders, cultures, and more. All are welcome to express. The goal of this group is one of compassion and a heart to learn, creating a safe and judgement free space, using expressive art tools to draw out conversations. These conversations explore the historical backdrop of privilege, oppression, and otherness, using those lived experiences to engage in compassionate social justice through artistic expression.
