In my professional world I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have worked in many areas. I have done work with young kids all the way to older adults. When working with me I utilize modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment, as well as DBT. I specialize in working with anxiety and communication within the family systems. I enjoy working with individuals who are looking to make changes in their lives. Sometimes things are difficult and making change can be hard, but if you give me the opportunity I am hoping I can walk along side you to find your path in this world.
