As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe a person's mental health is impacted by many variables. During my six years in practice it's been my mission to assist with creating healthy alignments between those variables. I have a general practice, but I specialize in individuals going through life transitions such as relocating, relationships, employment etc. Therapy can be used as a guiding tool to release, recover, and take a much-needed step forward. To help my clients achieve these goals, I create a warm, authentic, and safe environment that allows for a fulfilling journey.
I work with dedicated individuals and couples who are struggling with recent life changes. I work collectively with my clients using various evidenced-based practices. I tailor my approach to meet each individual's need by creating a personalized care plan. It's my role to assist and work alongside my clients while also respecting their choices.
My clients usually feel challenged, but empowered that they are capable of creating healthy changes in their life. The goal is to provide each client with tools and a different prospective to overcome obstacles even beyond our sessions. Through a collaborative effort with my clients we manage trauma, anxiety, life changes, and relationship issues.
