I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, both children and adults. I am nationally certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
I am nationally certified in the Positive Parenting Program (Triple P), and teach parents how to utilize these techniques to best support their child's needs.
