I am so honored to work with you and your family! My style of therapy is encouraging, supportive, and compassionate. I appreciate clients who are honest with me and seek a therapist who is “real,” “down to earth,” playful, and empathetic. I am transparent and like to provide a lot of psychoeducation so you or your child can understand the body/mind connection.
I am trained in many expressive/trauma-focused modalities such as trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), internal family systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Sand tray, Play therapy, Art therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I'm also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
When I am with you, your safety and support are my number one concern. All clients are treated and spoken to with respect and dignity.
