I am a certified Attachment-based family therapist and have extensive experience with reducing family conflict and improving parent-adolescent relationships. I use an emotional-focused approach and cognitive-behavioral therapies(e.g.,CBT, ACT, DBT) to support you in developing problem solving and coping strategies and make changes aligned with your values.
