I specialize in treating both trauma (PTSD, attachment/complex trauma) and associated problems including: depression, anxiety, grief, and other emotional and relational difficulties. I offer an eclectic approach utilizing EMDR, ACT, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and equine-assisted EMDR to help you find relief and improve your overall quality of life.
