I have over 10 years of experience working in the field of trauma (specifically domestic violence, sexual assault, and racial trauma) as well as attachment repair. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Solution Focused Therapy, attachment and am client centered in my approach to healing.
