My own life experience and six years of non-profit work helped me realize my passion for helping people thrive in life. Many of us deal with difficulties in life that seem unchangeable and heartbreaking. I provide an un-biased, caring environment for clients to grow and learn healthy ways to process these difficulties. Thriving can mean different things to different people. I view counseling as a gentle process that allows clients to learn what thriving means for them.
Emotions can take control sometimes. Other times we have difficulty engaging with them. I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, grief, and general difficult life experiences. I help my clients engage with their emotions safely and confidently. I provide a Christian emphasis if desired.
