As a graduate of Liberty University, I am excited to exercise the knowledge learned in the classroom, as well as the experience gained in the field. In my three years of experience, I have worked with adults and adolescents facing various challenges. These include depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, feeling overwhelmed, grief, assertiveness, communication skills and more.
It is my goal to provide a supportive atmosphere where clients feel safe sharing their feelings and thoughts without the fear of judgement. I work by meeting clients where they are, and use various techniques to help them achieve healing and become the best version of him or herself possible.
It is my hope that upon termination, clients will leave therapy with tools to better handle stress, increased self esteem, improved communication skills and coping skills to use when feeling anxious and/or depressed.
