I have experience working with teens and young adults processing trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment issues, relationship issues, substance use and abuse, and life transitions. My goal is to offer compassion and support to encourage clients to explore any barriers to their life ambitions. My hope is that clients feel seen and validated throughout each session. Therapy is designed to be an open space for safety, comfort, and a place to identify anxieties that create limitations. Everyone is capable of feeling whole and confident in pursuit of their best lives.
In therapy, I can help clients identify challenges and work towards finding solutions. Through a variety of approaches, I will encourage clients to reach their goals of a happier, holistic, fulfilling life, however that image may be envisioned.
