I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who specializes in co-occurring (mental health and substance abuse) disorders. I have been practicing for several years and believe in treating clients with mental health and/or substance abuse issues from a holistic approach. While medicine management can be a crucial aspect of treatment, I believe, to aid healing one must consider the human as a whole.
I have worked in inpatient and outpatient facilities treating adults and young adults. I utilize evidence based practices to treat depression, anxiety, addictions, personality disorders, and trauma. I am also trained in mindfulness meditation which I frequently use in therapy.
