Emotions can be wonderful but can also be strong and confusing. Do you ever feel that emotions such as anxiety and stress are running your life? With a passion to support others, I am committed to providing my clients with a safe and supportive environment where they can explore their emotions, thoughts, and challenges in order to get to a place to allow emotions to serve them rather than the other way around. Central to my practice includes exploring the impact of physical, psychological, social, and spiritual factors on one’s well-being and utilizing one's strengths to overcome adversities.
My therapeutic approach integrates various evidence-based techniques, tailoring the treatment to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices to provide a comprehensive and holistic treatment experience.
As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I believe that each individual possesses unique strengths and abilities that can be harnessed to navigate life's difficulties. My approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and fostering a strong alliance with my clients.
