Hello! My name is Ashlee and I am so proud of you for taking this first step. Mental health affects everything we do but so often tends to be forgotten as we go throughout our daily lives. As a counselor I partner with you towards growth, healing and prosperity in a judgement free space. We focus together on the strengths and challenges you have. Then, we work to move forward through growth and healing. I specialize in trauma of all kinds including the trauma of every day life. There is no experience too small to benefit from counseling, so reach out today.
As a counselor I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and depression, especially for those neuro-diversity in individuals (6+), couples, and families, overcoming and prospering in the present. This is not to say the past is forgotten but instead we are able to grow through it and move forward. I utilize CBT, DBT, Talk therapy, EMDR & others to help you heal.
