I deeply believe that we heal in community, and therapy is the perfect place to begin to allow ourself to be seen, heard, and understood in a totally safe and consistent environment.
I specialize in the following: women with ADHD, relationship issues, managing anxiety & depression, couples therapy, grief & loss, life transitions, eating disorders/disordered eating, and co-dependency. My work is trauma-informed, intersectional and eclectic. I am LBGTQ+ affirming and deeply committed to anti-oppressive & culturally inclusive work.
