I am passionate in working with adolescents, teenagers, and young adults navigating mental health symptoms such as depression and anxiety, exploring and coping with trauma, building skills to manage and cope. I am a Pre-Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with 10 years of experience in the mental health field with children, youth, families, and young adults. My speciality is working with adolescents and young adults navigating life stressors, relational challenges, mental health symptoms, and trauma. Treatment is designed on an individual basis.
