I specialize in helping women of color heal by teaching them how to release their Strong or Superwoman identity and prioritize their spiritual, physical, emotional, and mental health. I also integrate my decade of experience as a former school counselor to help caregiver(s) improve their communication and relationship with their children. The women I serve need help addressing one or more of the following issue(s): anger, anxiety, complex trauma, depression, life transitions, low self-worth, inner critic, people-pleasing tendencies, perfectionism, poor eating habits, toxic or unhealthy relationships, and work-related stressors.
I help clients transform their mindset by addressing traumas and any other factors that contribute to negative thinking patterns & low self-worth. I also help clients improve their connection to themselves & others. As a nutrition coach, I enjoy teaching clients how to prioritize rest, healthy eating, and intentional movement as catalysts for true healing.
