I have experience working with adult individuals who are trying to sort out relationship issues. Relationship issues can be romantic but also familial, friendships, our relationship to ourselves, our bodies, our identities and more. Anxiety, depression, obsessive thinking/behaviors and addiction all stem from difficulty in relating to someone or something.
My therapeutic style is supportive, empathetic, educational and directive. I combine problem-solving with acceptance, and support with challenge. I offer 15 min free telehealth consultations.
