A few of the therapeutic approaches I tend to utilize with my adult clients include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI); however, I believe the needs of a client may require more integrative approaches specific to them.
