Through our therapeutic relationship, we can develop an understanding together of the roots of your struggles and how therapy can help you undo any negative narratives and coping strategies to help you relieve symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, relationships, and other issues and find a path towards more wellbeing and fulfillment.
As a contemplative and psychodynamically oriented psychotherapist, I can help you work through and understand the psychological themes, patterns, and dynamics that repeat in your life and relationships and undo the ones that cause suffering and dysfunction. We can do this by helping you to rediscover your worth and harness your own inner strength and wisdom.
