Life is not a flat line- often times there are peaks and valleys. Because of that we all need a space to feel safe. heard and valued. Being faced with these hurdles and challenges might feel unmanageable therefore, having another perspective and/or learning some new skills to ease this time can make a situation feel more endurable. My goal is to provide a spot where you can reach the outcomes that you desire. I strive to assist in this journey by using the strengths of each person so that they can achieve the life they so choose.
I am professionally trained in a variety of approaches-CBT, EFT Attachment Therapy (AT) etc. I use AT as the foundation when working with individuals/couples/families. Equally, it is my belief that using a variety of modalities to meet the needs of the client is imperative. It is not a one size fits all and working in collaboration is important as well.
I want each client to feel empowered through collaborative engagement, thoughtful participation and devoted advocacy so that you may feel more grounded and centered in your life's journey.
