| 日本語 My mission as a therapist is to create a world where emotional healing is accessible to everyone. I am here to support clients who are marginalized or experiencing difficulties in their life, but never found a safe space to heal or could not find an empathetic therapist. I am also well-versed in working with minority populations, Asian, South Asian, and anyone who identifies as multi-racial/ethnic. Additionally, I have extensive experience in supporting immigrants, international students, individuals with disabilities to overcome challenges and become more resilient. I will listen to your story without judgement or biases and provide healing that is tailored to your needs. I will offer Strengths-Based Therapy combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) teaching you stress management, emotion regulation and other skills, so that you feel empowered and can reach your goals.
As a bi-ethnic immigrant and a woman of color, I know that having a trusting support system is key to a fulfilling life.
