I feel strongly that shared experience helps people feel safe and seen in the therapy room. Using a relational approach, I believe that majority of therapeutic healing happens with human connection. This means I show up authentically with my clients. You can expect accountability as well as empathy. I engage in the therapy conversation to allow reflection of your emotions. My specialization in queer matters is combined with treatment of complex trauma, mood, and personality disorders.
